DO YOU DO RETURNS?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on bralettes only. We do not accept returns for our pocket crystals. The return postage is covered by Alma, and refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your item. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details and instructions.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, you can exchange your order on bralettes only. Exchanges are offered as a credit note only. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Each bralette has a discreet internal pocket (or two, depending on style) designed to securely hold your crystal without discomfort. It’s hidden, minimal, and won’t shift during wear.

You can view our full sizing guide on each product page. Our bralettes are standard sizing. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
WHAT IF MY BRALETTE DOESN'T FIT?
No stress! We offer free returns within 14 days on full-priced bralettes. You can try it on at home, and if it’s not right, simply return it for a refund or exchange (please note that exchanges are done as credit notes only).
ARE ALMA BRALETTES SUPPORTIVE?
Alma bralettes are designed for light support. They’re soft, breathable, and wire-free - perfect for everyday wear, lounging, or layering under your favourite outfits. Please note that our bralettes are not bras with padding; they do not offer high support as standard-regular bras do.
CRYSTALS & CARE
DO THE BRALETTES COME WITH CRYSTALS?
Crystals are sold separately, allowing you to choose the ones that resonate most with you. You can shop our curated crystal range designed to complement your Alma bralette.
HOW DO I USE CRYSTALS WITH MY BRALETTE?
Choose your crystal, set an intention, and slip it into the bralette pocket. It’s a small daily ritual to carry calm, clarity, or confidence - whatever you want to feel.
HOW DO I WASH MY BRALETTE?
Remove your crystal first. Then hand wash your bralette. Do not machine wash. Lay flat to dry to maintain the fabric’s shape and softness. Please also refer to the washing instructions label on each of Alma's bralettes.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER CARE CONSIDERATIONS?
Please note that Alma bralettes and pocket crystals are designed for adult use. Crystals are small objects and not suitable for children. Keep crystals out of reach of children and also pets.
