Please note that Alma processes all orders in AUD. While the contents of your cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using AUD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase. The above shipping costs and cart values are displayed in AUD. International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to pay for these duties and taxes.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey with the courier.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels or any delays in transit. It’s important to provide the correct delivery address, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Your order is delivered with care incompostable mailers, recycled tissue paper and thoughtfully printed paper cards, all designed to tread lightly on the planet. Each piece also arrives in a recycled calico pouch, made to be reused or repurposed - because we believe in beauty with intention, and packaging that honours both form and footprint.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS POLICY
At Alma, we want you to love what you wear - always. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer returns for store credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances, and we’ve kept the process simple and stress-free.
This Returns & Refunds Policy is part of our Website Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Please note: This policy does not impact your statutory rights: you’re always entitled to a return if your item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns for our bralette range within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, size, or style. Returns can be processed as:
- Refund to your original payment method, OR
- Store credit (if you'd prefer to exchange for a different size/style)
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on pocket crystals.
Requirements:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- No marks, scents, or signs of wear
- Original packaging
How it works:
- Email hello@thealmabrand.com within 14 days of delivery with subject line: RETURN - [Your Order Number]
- We'll send you return instructions within 48-72 hours.
- Post your return within 3 days of receiving instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or store credit
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection and peace of mind.
Important: Please keep your postage receipt. If your return goes missing in transit, we'll need this as proof you sent it.
REFUNDS
Returns for change of mind will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund processing:
- We'll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We don't offer direct swaps (sizing/style) as stock availability can't be guaranteed.
Instead, we offer store credit:
- Request a return following the process above
- Once approved, you'll receive a store credit code
- Valid for 12 months across our entire range
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Email hello@thealmabrand.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the fault/damage and packaging
- We'll arrange a free return and full refund (including original shipping)
- Or we'll send a replacement at no cost to you
SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONS
Items purchased during promotional periods can be returned for store credit only (not refund). Store credit will be issued reflecting the amount you paid at purchase.
DISCOUNT CODES & RETURNS
If you used our welcome discount (10% off first order) and return your item:
- Your refund will reflect the discounted amount you paid for the item/s
- Your 10% welcome discount remains valid for a future purchase
- Once your return is processed, we'll email you a fresh single-use code
- For other promotional codes, the same principle applies - refunds reflect what you paid for the item/s
